The building’s history is as rich and colourful as Woodstock itself! 196 Victoria was conceived with the long-term vision of creating a hub where holistic healthcare practitioners, artists and small, visionary businesses can share common interests within a beautiful environment. The focus of the center will be on supporting physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

A charming Eden in the heart of Woodstock, the inner courtyard provides a casual, friendly and vibrant meeting place. Café tables set in a green and leafy courtyard with free WIFI.
YOGA STUDIO
A spacious and luminous studio for Yoga, Qigong, Tai-chi and Meditation. Scroll down for class schedule. The room is also available for rent.
